The Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years, which was unveiled a month ago, is currently available for purchase in India for Rs 4.05 crore, ex-showroom. As the name suggests, the model honours the first 911 Turbo’s 50th anniversary, and the manufacturer will only produce 1,974 of them.
Over Rs 2 crore more than the 911 Carrera, almost Rs 7 lakh more than the Turbo S for sale in India, and roughly Rs 1.26 crore more than the Carrera 4 GTSโwhich comes with the new turbocharged hybrid engineโare the prices of the 50 Years model. It should be noted that the 50 Years model and the Turbo S are based on the previous 992.1 generation of the 911, whereas the Carrera and the Carrera 4 GTS that are sold in India are based on the most recent 992.2 generation.
