Hyundai Creta Facelift

Hyundai has introduced the updated Creta, starting at Rs 11 lakh for the base E petrol-manual model and rising up to Rs 20 lakh for the top-of-the-line SX (O) diesel-automatic trim. Please be aware, though, that these are promotional prices. With the 2024 Creta makeover, five engine and gearbox combinations are available, for a total of 19 versions.

Hyundai Creta facelift: Exterior

  • The Creta has a new front and rear design.
  • A larger grille with updated lighting and parametric features.
  • Sequential indicators, a light strip above the grille, and LED daytime running lamps are all included in the front split headlamps.
  • The bumperโ€™s primary quad-LED headlamps are positioned lower.
  • New scratch plates contribute to a less polarizing front end appearance.
  • The rear end features geometric appearance and a full-width LED light bar, in addition to full LED tail lamps.
  • The new rear bumper improves the rearโ€™s overall appearance.
  • The profile hasnโ€™t changed much, save for the new alloy wheels that indicate the 2024 model.

  • A revised dashboard with several noticeable adjustments for the Creta.
  • The centerpiece is a prominent 10.25-inch touchscreen that has been updated with new software.
  • An Alcazar-loaned 10.25-inch digital driver display is integrated.
  • The touchscreen has three themes to choose from.
  • The touchscreen shows footage from the blind-view monitor while the indicator is on.
  • A new center console that sits lower on the dash.
  • The center consoleโ€™s integrated controls for the new dual-zone temperature control system.
  • The interior has been updated with copper accents and lighter hues.
  • The rear cabin area is essentially unaltered.
  • New USB Type-C charging ports have been added to the back.
  • The bootโ€™s capacity stays fixed at 433 liters.

  • Six airbags are standard on all the models of the Hyundai Creta Facelift.
  • Higher-end models have Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) based on radar and cameras.
  • A suite of 19 ADAS features, including lane keep assistance, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, and auto emergency braking.
  • Adheres to the most recent crash test regulations in India.
  • Has essential body shell reinforcement for improved crash protection.

Hyundai Creta facelift: Engines

The new 160 horsepower, 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, which replaces the outmoded 140 horsepower, 1.4-liter turbo-petrol unit that was only available with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, is the only significant mechanical change on the Creta facelift. The 1.5-liter, 115-hp gasoline and diesel engines, along with the corresponding manual and automatic gearbox choices, stay the same.
