Exterior and Interior Design:
Retaining its iconic Mini charm, the new Cooper S boasts a subtly angular design that adds a touch of modernity to its classic silhouette. While the renowned round headlights remain, they now showcase a fresh LED pattern, complemented by a sleeker front grille. Additionally, the hatch sports new diamond-cut alloy wheels and tail lamps adorned with arrow-head LED elements, tied together by a stylish black trim featuring the vehicle’s name.
Inside the cabin, the Cooper S stays true to its signature style while embracing modern advancements. A larger, 9.45-inch round touchscreen entertainment system takes center stage, accompanied by a contemporary steering wheel adorned with the new Mini emblem. The traditional instrument cluster has been replaced with a sleek dashboard, and the gear selector now resides beneath the screen alongside other essential controls, including the handbrake button, turn-key starter, driving mode selection, and audio-control dial.
Powertrains and Price:
Under the hood, the new Mini Cooper S packs the same 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine as its predecessor, but with a boost in performance. Now delivering 204hp and 300 Nm of torque—26hp and 20Nm more—the Cooper S promises exhilarating drives.
