Mahindra has discontinued the 5-seater versions of its much-loved SUV, the XUV700. As a result, the model is now available to buyers in 6-seater and 7-seater configurations only, starting at ₹14.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
Mahindra XUV700: Trims and Pricing of Discontinued 5-Seater Variants
Previously, the 5-seater XUV700 was available in three trims – MX, AX3, and AX5. The MX Petrol MT, being the base variant, was priced at ₹13.99 lakh, whereas the AX5 Petrol AT was priced at ₹19.29 lakh. Diesel variants started at ₹14.59 lakh for the MX Diesel MT and went up to ₹19.89 lakh for the AX5 Diesel AT.

Lineup Still Offers 43 Variants
Despite the removal of the 5-seater variants, Mahindra continues to offer the XUV700 in a wide range of 43 different variants across 6- and 7-seater layouts. The MX 7-seater is priced between ₹14.49 lakh and ₹15.49 lakh. The AX5 S 7-seater starts at ₹16.89 lakh, while the regular AX5 7-seater begins at ₹18.34 lakh.
Top Variants Continue With 6- and 7-Seater Options
The AX7 also offers 6-seater as well as 7-seater options with prices ranging from ₹19.49 lakh to ₹22.19 lakh. The top-spec AX7 L trim is available in different configurations, priced between ₹23.19 lakh and ₹24.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
