
Benelli has launched the new variants of its best selling motorcycles TRK 502 and TRK 502X in India. The price of the road-sensitive TRK 502 is โน6.20 lakh and the off-road capable TRK 502X will come at the price of โน6.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
What’s New for the 2025 Benelli TRK 502 Range?

In 2019, TRK 502 was released, and for 2025, it has two new models with upgraded features. Maps can now be viewed offline on smartphones, and the bikes come equipped with a seat and grips that provide heat for extra comfort. Both models have also received safety upgrades with the addition of a slipper clutch and a TPMS.

For the off-road TRK 502X, the spoked wheels were replaced with cross-spoke tubeless wheels. The road-focused TRK502 and off-road ready TRK502X differ in weight, with the TRK 502 being 223 kg, which is heavier than the TRK 502X at 213 kg. The off-road TRK 502X boasts a bigger front wheel-19 inches, while the TRK 502 features a more traditional underbelly exhaust as the TRK 502X has an upswept exhaust. Both bikes now have optimized aluminum swing arms which enhances handling.
2025 Benelli TRK 502: Engine and Pricing
Both the TRK 502 and 502X share the same 500cc, inline-2, liquid-cooled engine, with 47hp and 46 Nm of torque, which is paired with a six-speed transmission. They both possess a seat height of 800mm and ground clearance of 190mm.
The TRK 502 comes in black and white colors for a price of โน6.20 lakh while the TRK 502X is sold in white and green colors for โน6.80 lakh. Moreover, thereโs a limited edition TRK 502X in yellow with golden rims which is priced at โน15,000 more. All variants have observed a price increase of โน35,000.
Benelli TRK 502 Abroad
We should note that Benelli has launched the newest generation of their TRK 502 series, named TRK 552. This new generation is equipped with an updated engine that has a little more power, completely new styling, and some other added features. As of now, the company has modified the TRK 502 series which was discontinued worldwide for India. It is still uncertain when the company will make the new TRK 552 series available in India.
