Skoda is set to unveil the new generation Superb sedan today. This marks the fourth generation of the premium sedan, featuring Skoda’s contemporary design philosophy. 

The new Superb boasts several visual enhancements, including a signature grille design with vertical slats, updated front and rear bumpers, LED matrix headlamps, new alloy wheels, and sharp LED taillights. 

Inside, it offers a 10-inch digital instrument cluster and a prominent 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless mobile connectivity. 

The car will be available with four powertrain options, including a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine, a 2.0-liter diesel engine, a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol mild-hybrid engine, and a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol plug-in hybrid engine. 

Transmission choices include manual and automatic gearboxes. The Indian version is expected to feature the 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol unit. 

Priced at Rs 40 lakh (ex-showroom) the new Skoda Superb will compete with vehicles like the Toyota Camry, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series, and Audi A4.
