Rolls-Royce Ghost Prism

Rolls-Royce understands that few occasions warrant dressing up more than a birthday celebration. To mark its illustrious 120-year history and embrace the world of fashion, the esteemed British luxury brand has introduced the Ghost Prism special edition.

This head-turning saloon is a tribute to both fashion and the brand’s significant milestone, with only 120 examples set to be produced in honor of this occasion.

The Ghost Prism caters to drivers whose personal style is defined by a preference for dark, neutral hues, accentuated by bold highlights and refined contours.

While this variant can be customized in any of Rolls-Royce’s extensive color options, the showcased model is adorned in Gunmetal—a sophisticated gray boasting a luxurious mineral finish achieved through the meticulous application and buffing of four coats of paint over a 16-hour period.

Nearly all of the car’s mirror-polished stainless-steel trim, including the grille and rear-lid brightwork, has been treated to a smoked hue known as Burnout (excluding the iconic Spirit of Ecstasy emblem).

Additionally, four accent packages—Phoenix Red, Turchese, Mandarin, and Forge Yellow—offer vibrant pops of color designed to complement the vehicle’s primary shade.

The lively accent details extend into the Ghost Prism’s interior, which remains largely unaltered. The accent color is integrated into the steering wheel, dashboard, and seat inserts, imparting a cohesive and vibrant touch throughout the cabin.

Notably, the accent color is also incorporated into the 1,040 lights, or “stars,” embedded within the vehicle’s leather canvas Bespoke Starlight Headliner, imbuing each example with a distinct ambiance characteristic of the variant.

According to the press release, it’s evident that the Ghost Prism is primarily an exclusive appearance package rather than a distinct model. Consequently, its powertrain remains unaltered. However, this is unlikely to be a concern for many enthusiasts. This is a good time to read our news article on Mercedes-Benz Launches the new E53 Hybrid

The sedan is propelled by one of the automaker’s renowned V-12 engines. The 6.7-liter powerplant is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, delivering 563 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque.

Despite its imposing presence, the Ghost boasts impressive performance figures, accelerating from zero to 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds and achieving a top speed of 155 mph.
