The compact and sleek Hustler micro SUV from Suzuki was observed being tested in India. One of Suzuki’s most well-known Kei vehicles, it was introduced in 2014 and was probably photographed testing hot weather-related components close to New Delhi.
With a wheelbase of 2.4m and a length of 3.3m, the Hustler is comparable in size to vehicles like the Maruti Alto and the MG Comet. A Suzuki 660cc with 48 hp in non-aspirated(NA) form and 64 hp in turbocharged form are the available engines. The sole transmission available is a CVT, with AWD optional. The design is a tall boy and is entirely boxy on the interior and outside. Upon closer inspection, it appears to be a hybrid of the Wagon R and the Jimny.
It is probable that it will not launch in India at all. Given that Suzuki tested some of their global vehicles in India before launching them here.
