Both scooters have a single detachable 1.5kWh battery pack, but if you get the Gig+, you can expand it to two packs. Depending on whether you get the Gig+ with one or two batteries, the manufacturer claims a range of 81 km or 157 km, while the Gig has a range of 112 kilometers.

The scooter will be accessed through an app, and although the company says charging times are quick, it has yet to provide any precise numbers. Ola hasn’t disclosed any additional details besides digital render images thus far.

Ola announced that the Gig and Gig+ will start at Rs 39,999 and Rs 49,999, respectively. Deliveries are expected to start in April 2025.
