The Indian automaker Maruti Suzuki has recently launched the highly expected Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The unveiling of the new e-Vitara will be launched within the next few months in the Maruti Gujarat Plant, and it will be exported to about 100 nations, including Europe and Japan. The company also stated that the e-Vitara will be part of Suzukiโ€™s technology plan for the next 10 years, and Maruti Suzuki will be the sole one.

The e-VITARA has an adventurous SUV posture complemented by polyhedral forms, an 18-inch aerodynamic turn, and LED lights. On the inside, it offers a digital cockpit, a twin-deck center console, a soft-touch upper cabin, and best-in-class flexibility of seating configurations.

Other notable features include a power tilt, telescopic steering column, a 10-way power-adjustable driverโ€™s seat, ventilating front seats, a dual-panel moon roof, and Infinity by Harman sound in the new style.

Equipped with a 3-in-1 electric system, the e-VITARA comes standard with two battery packages, 61 kWh and 49 kWh, for a range excess of 500 km. It has an Eco, Normal, Sport, and Snow setting, intelligent regenerative braking, and an adaptive active shutter grille for better aerodynamics. The battery, developed to work under various environmental conditions and temperatures ranging from -30ยฐC to 60ยฐC, will provide durability across multiple terrains.

The e Vitara is packed with features like an electronic parking brake with auto hold, three driving modes (Eco, Normal, and Sport), single-zone automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ventilated front seats, a powered driverโ€™s seat, reclining rear seats with a 60:There are 40/ split, 7-airbag, and level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) equipped in the new model.

This is a new electric SUV that will be available to rival models such as Tata Curvv EV, Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV, and Mahindra BE 6. The e Vitara will retain the distinctive looks of the 2023 eVX concept and offer two battery choices.

It would also make it unique in its segment as the only SUV to offer an AWD derivative, at least until Toyota begins production of the Urban Cruiser EV sometime this year.
