The BMW X7 Signature Edition, limited in quantity and sporting visual upgrades over the standard X7, is introduced in India for Rs 1.33 crore (ex-showroom). Only the xDrive40i model will be offered in this limited edition and made locally at the BMW Group Plant in Chennai.

BMW X7 Signature Edition: What’s New?

The  X7 Signature Edition features exterior aluminium-stained roof rails and crystal headlights with Swarovski glass-cut crystals. It also has a new inner graphic for the LED taillamps, and smoked glass covers the chrome strip connecting them. Tanzanite Blue and Dravit Grey are the unique BMW Individual paint finishes offered.

The limited edition features Alcantara seats, a unique crystal door pin, and individual leather for the instrument panel. Available features include the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, a panoramic sunroof, a head-up display, a 14.9-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display.

The basic BMW X7 xDrive40i costs Rs 1.30 crore, but the Signature Edition is 3 lakh more expensive.

BMW X7 Signature Edition: Powertrain

BMW X7

The X7 Signature Edition is powered by a 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 48V mild hybrid technology powers the X7 Signature Edition. With a maximum torque of 520 Nm and 381 horsepower, this engine enables the three-row SUV to reach 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds. The xDrive all-wheel-drive system is coupled to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
